A cross-platform recruitment and job-placement mobile application built with React Native and Expo, extending job placement and recruitment operations to job seekers, companies, and placement administrators across GCC regions — developed alongside AMSET App on a shared design system, API layer, authentication architecture, and deployment pipeline.
The Problem
Job seekers and companies didn't have a native mobile platform for tracking applications, managing recruitment leads, viewing placement pipelines, or managing recruitment operations — most workflows were desktop-based, creating extra operational work for the placement team.
The Solution
Built a production-ready cross-platform mobile application using Expo and React Native, with Zustand for state, React Query for server-state, Reanimated/Moti for animation, EAS for builds and deployment, Sentry for monitoring, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications.
